First Choice Children's Services is an approved New York State agency that offers a wide range of early intervention services for children from birth to 3 years of age. Our agency has highly qualified service providers who bring valuable experience and solid therapeutic skills to the children we serve.  Our agency utilizes licensed Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Psychologists, Speech Pathologists, Vision Therapists and Certified Special Education Teachers. These specialists will provide services in the child's natural environment. Each family is assigned a knowledgeable and supportive service coordinator familiar with current state laws and regulations to effectively manage the needs of our families and service providers. We provide social workers to families in need of more assistance. We use an embedded coaching method; we work closely with parents and service providers to ensure the child's needs are met by the IFSP (individualized family service plan). Together, we can make a difference.
